These are 2 places where we can recommend, private (not shared) double studio apartment rooms:
1. ZAB PORDEE
- It's a few blocks from the Training Center (WECI)
- You can walk to the WECI (1-2 minutes)
- There is a Thai restaurant on the ground floor.
- They have only 4 rooms.
- 6,000 baht/ month + 100 baht for water
- Electricity = 4.5 baht/unit; will be collected when you check out
- If you need a housekeeper to clean your room and replace your linen (bed set) during your staying = 300 baht/time
2). LA-ONG RESIDENCE
It's a few blocks from the Training Center (WECI)
- It's about 2.5 km. from the Training Center (WECI)
- You may need a motorbike or bicycle or taxi for your daily commute
- There are few restaurants nearby (you can walk to)
- They have 34 rooms + swimming pool
- 5,500 baht/ month
- Water = 200 Baht, electricity = 8 bahts/unit
- Deposit = 2,000 Baht for your electricity bill it will clear out when you check out
- 500 baht will be charged for cleaning when you check out
- If you need a housekeeper to clean your room and replace your linen (bed set) during your staying = 500 baht/time
